Customer states washing machine is not competing cycles and receiving a F3-E1 error code. I pulled wash machine away from wall to access pump. Found a bunch of gunk inside the drain. The pressure hose was kinked midway down the backside of the unit and rubbed a hole onto the hose. I had enough hose to cut off where the hole area was and reconnected. Reassembled wash machine ran diagnostics no more error codes machine completes full cycle now. Also I leveled unit to specifications, Job complete.

Cx states unit will not turn on.Tech finds UI is unresponsive.Tech finds 120v to outlet. Removed cover and found open ground pulled from loose wire nut. Resecured all 3 connections and reinstalled cover. Plugged unit in and UI now functions as designed. Ran normal wash cycle and unit fills rinses drains and heats as designed. Job complete

Cx states unit is freezing everythingon top shelf and in lower crisper drawers.Tech finds shelves are not staggered and Cx has placed large juice bottles in front of air inlet. Tech staggered shelves and showed cx proper loading methods to reduce pooling of cold air and forming cold spots. Adjusted temps to 38° from 35° and freezer temps from -5 to 0°Unit ops are as designed and Cx now understands why issue is happening and is happy job complete
