Customer having issues with the unit filling and draining staying stuck on 35 min. The 50 min cycle took 2 1/2 hours to complete. Checked errors and found off balance and an over load error. Checked the load size he had in the machine and it wasn’t over loaded. He was able to put into a drain and spin just fine and spin water out of the clothes. Hot supply line doesn’t open all the way but still enough pressure and no valve error code stored. Need to replace control board. Will also replace valve cause the issue he is having with unit is similar to valve failure. Unable to replace valve. Water supply doesn’t shut off. But I don’t believe valve is bad ; Job Complete

Noted the units basket has clogged drain holes. This will make the unit malfunction. Removed debris from drain holes. Reset water connections at the drain and inlet since these would be the most likely cause of the leak. If recalled the Customer will need to have a more accurate description of the leak since the floor will give no clues. It is possible that the unit is oversudsing or the drain backs up with too much detergent.
