Then look underneath sink to check plumbing found whoever installed dishwasher plugged it directly into garbage disposal without removing the plug therefore water had nowhere to go. I went ahead and removed hose and put it into sink and then ran drain which then pump water out of dishwasher. I cycled washer to test for proper function everything tested good. Informed customer he needs to contact Home Depot or whoever installed it to put The proper drain vent kit and punch the hole out in the garbage disposal so it drains properly. I first entered washer into diagnostics received multiple codes dealing with off-balance over suds and long drain error codes.I found drain hose to be about 16 inches down drain pipe so I corrected that issue. I then ran test 52 to calibrate unit and then ran test 51 to test all functions. Everything checks out good no error codes reappeared.
