"JB out 5/5/23. Upon arrival extracted stored error code F0E3 overload. The machine control has determined that the wash load has exceeded the washes capacity. Advise customer against overloading. also extracted stored fault code F0E5 off-balance. Fault is stored when an off balance load is detected. F2E2 HMI Disconnected. F7E9 locked rotor.. in diagnostics, ran HMI tests. All passed. HMI is operating properly.Unable to verify any mechanical issue at this time. Cleared all stored fault codes tested operation in normal regular cycle. Machine operator behind. Remind customer to use he detergent and very, very small off typically one measure teaspoon maximum , liquid or powder, but no Pods. Also highly recommend AGAINST he turbo detergent, it is it is too highly concentrated for this low fill high-efficiency washing machine. What are the recommended reduced wash load size and also select other wash cycles with cycle modifier DEEP FILL. No parts used or needed. No mechanical repair made. No charge the customer. Job complete."

"Upon arrival ran the unit through diagnostic tests, found that the vibration was normal. The right front foot was a little off, not touching the floor. I adjusted that when the unit gets to high speed spin it has normal vibration advised customer to make sure that the unit is being evenly loaded to minimize the heavy vibration from the unit. Found one fault code FOE5 unbalanced load Instructed customer on how to properly load the washer and to make sure the washer is never overloaded. Unit is working as intended. Job complete."

"Customer has issues with clothes not completely drying when using the automatic cycle. Advised customer that the unit is designed with only one moisture sensor located at the front of the lint trap which at times causes uncompleted dried loads. Advised customer to use the timed dry cycle, customer has control of temperature and run time to increase or decrease. Vent is clear with no obstructions present."
