I tested u it and unit is barley heating mor moisture in unit that dry heat. I removed back vent and tested unit unit is now drying cloths. Customer has restricted vent. I removed power and panel to access power connections at terminal block found power cord not properly hooked up natural wire was at ground which could cause the unit to give line error. Installed natural wire to proper location on block and tested unit unit is heating and functioning as designed.

Check upper unit with UV light and found no leaks. Recharged unit and could hear leak in Yoder loop. Pulled unit out and found leak in cabinet at pan heater. Found two leaks in unit. Unit was leaking in Yoder loop and seconds leak is at cabinet wall where drain pan tubing runs up thru cabinet. Unit is non repairable out of warranty from manufacture because of leak in cabinet at drain pan tubing in cabinet. File number. 7723184557
