Found them there was no water connected at the main water valve underneath the sink heading to the refrigerator. Looks like a plumber came in and change the valve and never connected or didn’t have the right connection to supply the refrigerator with water. All functions are testing good. Left the water Shut off valve off behind refrigerator because I wasn’t able to test to make sure there wasn’t leaks when they turn water back on just covering my butt.
