Turned of breaker. Unit now operating as designed. Explained to cx that if they us self clean again they will run into same issue. There is no gap between cabinets and unit. No air flow. The customer was instructed to replace the vent last visit when the element was warped( This is usually caused by vent restrictions as well) . This visit the exhaust heat fuse, the fuse that opens when there is unsafe heat build-up in the exhaust, is open and the vent is still in poor condition. Noted the cord and outlet are both discolored from heat. This is usually a poor connection . Replacement of the outlet and cord is recommended to avoid damage to the home or appliance. The unit will keep having the same issues until the customer follows directions given to them by the techs being sent out to repair the unit and advise them on usage and maintenance responsibilities . Cleared code and ran verifying cycle test 51 unit ran with no issues. Leveled front legs and performed spin with clothes and without and found no issues. Only abnormal noise found was vibration from hanger leaning on washer on the right side. Removed hanger and informed customer that loose items like this will vibrate agains cabinet. Instructed customer on proper loading technique as well. Unit is working as intended.
