Manually drained washed tub. Inspection found Molex connector going to water pump not fully inserted into plug. Corrected Molex plug connection. Reassembled unit and tested again. Tested unit in normal cycle. Verified proper water fill and agitation operation. Canceled cycle verified washing machine drains all water out. Tested unit in spin cycle verified correct spin and lid lock operation. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete.

There are no stored IM fault codes. Everything in the FC is frozen solid so I can not insert a thermal couple in any product. There is a good frost pattern visible through the lower vent. The FC an evaporator and the IM fan both run in service mode and the unit seems to be cooling normally. When the ice dropped it looked like it either cooled slowly or was a partial fill.
