"Customer had unit cleared of ice. Removed panel and found fan motor wires spliced. Also for some reason there was tape on heater plugs. Untapped plug to find one not inserted all the at. Tested heat element and it is good. After plugging element back in I was able to get heater on. Also found that the cabinet has been melted. Looks like damage from using a heat gun. Restarted unit and frost pa was full. Replaced rear panel, which is missing to of its locking clips. Someone has worked on this unit. Unit has been damaged by someone. Unit is cooling per design as of now"

"Found unit to be cooling properly. Customer was concerned she had to turn down from recommended settings in freezer to achieve a consistent freeze on the food. She Explained that when she turned down the temperature, all her food remained frozen and I explained to her that with the quantity of food she had in her freezer turning down the Settings was normal. She was happy with explanation."
