Inspected blower and found there is no lint build up . Rotated blower by hand and found it is rubbing against the ducting. Removed screws from ducting and reset the ducting so the blower does not come in contact with the blower. Unit is not making noise now. If recalled unit will need a blower and ducting parts.

Called Whirlpool expecting a replacement, but was instructed to install new tub assembly. Will have to do full tub transfer.; ordrng 1 W10681492 (tub-dishwr), Tech arrived to do repair, and found that upon inspection new tub had similar deformation but worse. Tech was able to repair current tub, and additionally installed door hinge buffers. Unit now opens and closes correctly. Additionally performed complete install of unit. I proceeded to lean washer over to access underneath it. Found the power cord to the motor was unplugged. I then proceeded to To run further test. Washer now spins And agitates but the gearcase is making a loud grinding sound and also wobbling all over the place; ordrng 1 W11255272 (GEARCASE), On return visit removed and replaced inner basket With new drive block and span or not torque down to spec’s. Then calibrated unit then cycle washer everything checks out good still has a little wobble to it not as bad as before. Job completed; Job completed.
