Cx states unit is unresponsive Unit is plugged in and console powers on as designed. Entered diagnostics F0E5- off balance F2E1-UI stuck buttonF0E5- off balance Tested lid latch and is unresponsive. Removed and replaced latch W10861642Rebooted and retested lid latch and now ops as designed. Cleared faults and ran auto service test with cx present. Passed all cycles as designed with no issues. Cx was washing jeans and towels mixed with clothing and spinning unit off balance. Cx now understands to separate clothing. All ops are normal job complete
