Customers issue is that microwave is not functioning at all. Upon arrival I found microwave with no display no power no nothing. I first checked outlet to make sure I was receiving 120 V which I was. I found fuse to be blown. Removed and replaced fuse powered microwave back on tested for proper function everything checks out good. Job complete

Called techline and went through diagnostics and they only thing we could find is possible wire harness short or main contort faulty. Will order both parts; ordrng 1 W10831163 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W10865052 (harns-wire) and 1 WP8577274 (thermistor)
