Removed top cover and doghouse panel. Checked inverter and getting proper voltages but compressor Is very hot. Tested the thermistors in a cup with ice water and are within specs. Pulled unit out and removed doghouse. Removed filter dryer and installed parts. Pulled a vacuum for 20 minutes and charged unit 7.25 oz. assembled unit and check temperatures. Unit is working as design.

Customers issue is that she was hearing no loud noise is coming from refrigerator. Upon arrival I first checked icemaker to make sure the gears or not make a noise that checked out OK I then pulled refrigerator out to access compressor found the suction line rubbing against the filter dryer kind of making a noise. Tested all functions of refrigerator everything checks out good . Instructed customer on proper settings and went over all refrigerator functions in that it does make noise at certain times when it goes into defrost and when it fills the icemaker with water and also drops ice. Customer has a Better understandingy of her refrigerator. Job complete.

Customers states that oven when and convection mode is making a rattling sound. Upon arrival turned off anon was able to duplicate sound I made sure her fan it was tight Which it was noticed every time fan is engaged I’m getting a vibration sound coming from the bottom of the oven. On today’s visit customer states refrigerator is not cooling. I pull the refrigerator out looking for signs of leaks in the refrigerant lines I heard a little hissing sound coming from the discharge line right as it goes inside the cabinet. Tried pulling it down so I can access the leak in hopefully weld it.During that process the two completely broke off in half and the other half is inside the cabinet where it’s not accessible and non-repairable. Called Whirlpool tech line they gave me an SR number 7723289799 As far as non-repairable. Informed customer of what happened in kind of the process as far as it takes to get this replaced. Job is complete it out due to non-repairable issue
