According to the customer the upper oven started by it self and is over heating. Tested both upper and lower oven and found nothing wrong. Average temperature on the upper oven was 347 deg when the oven was set al 350 deg. Unable to verify the complaints. Tested ok. Is possible that the customer accidentally turn on the upper oven and they forgot cooking utensils with plastic handlers inside the oven.
