Found the unit was still not defrosting properly in the freezer section. Refrigerator was ok. Customer unplugged the refrigerator so it was unplugged on arrival. I removed the refrigerator evap cover and checked the heater and that was 31 ohms and checked the thermal fuse for the heater and both checked ok. Thermistor also checked ok. Possibly loose but not to sure. I ran step 4 in diagnostics and the evap has a full frost pattern. Recommend the customer give it 24 hours and see if issues persist cause I can see a complaint that needs to be replaced. Less the. 30 days from last service so no changes.

Customer stated that the unit is not washing. Found error codes for heater and motor not running. Ran diagnostics and found heater is working but sump stopped and drain pump is laboring. Removed and replaced sump and drain pump tested all works good at this time.
