The lights on the led are flickering. The ice dispenser is operating. Paddle not responsive for water. The control is not responding to commands, ice water selection, and filter reset. ordering 1 WPW10151237 (cntrl-UI ) and 1 WPW10260622 (PADDLES). Installed new parts on unit and unit still doing the same thing. While testing can hear relay on main board clicking on and off. (relay contacts burnt and not holding or fully engaging), Error is coming from main board and will need to be replaced. Retested it and unit paddles are now working. Unit tested normal.

whirlpool refrigerator model WRF555SDHV01 . CONTROL PANEL CAME OFF AND DISPENSER NOT DISPENSING ICE CUBES. The UI falls off the dispenser very easily. I have bent the hooks so they have more bite. Customer states the FC light does not operate. Removed switch and thawed. Reinstalled and found the light now works. Customer states the dispenser funnel clogs and ice has to be removed. Informed customer that crushed ice tends to make this happen more. As long as all the components work then it is the customers responsibility to ensure there is no ice blockage in the funnel. If ice is not dispensing the funnel should be checked immediately or else it will cause a severe ice blockage.
