"Visual and physical inspection plus a functional testing were conducted and found an oil/grease leak on top of gearbox pulley, Ive spin the gearbox by hand and the noise is eminently consistent and coming from the gearbox. I called GE to document and spoke with Travis, and after my explanation of issues, he recommended to replace the gearbox, the (2) pulleys, the belt, shifter, and slider. 14176239. Getting ahead of myself, tried to remove the agitator and even when the lock bolts came lose, I was unable to remove the agitator regardless of WD40 and banging it around. So that being said, all tagged parts are recommended for replacement. Note, I will be needing Ericks impact and Socket for GE Washers. Please make sure when scheduling, that this tool and socket are included for my return visit.; ordrng 1 WH49X27325 (Agitator) and 1 WE49X28115 (Hardware kit) and 1 WH49X27329 (Tub kit) and 1 WH49X27327 (Basket kit) and 1 WH49X27322 (Gearbox kit) and 1 WH49X27323 (Gearbox pulley) and 1 WH01X27247 (Fan magnet pulley) and 1 WE12X27300 (Belt)"
