Ordering evap compressor and heat exchanger. Did not charge customer anythng and unit still not working. Rescheduled customer for Monday 7-2-18 for real repair. WTW7500GW0 WHIRLPOOL WASHER, Customer states that sometimes the unit leaves the clothes wet. Sometimes there is soap on top of the clothes still and sometimes the clothes do not appear to be wet. Checked for fault codes and found : F3E2(inlet thermistor fault),8-1(long fill),2-1(stuck key) There is no tech manual on service matters called WPTS (7722455968). Ran a service test, the unit passes. The screens are clear the water supply is good. The unit is connected to a one inch copper pipe but a siphon break is installed and this pipe drains a bout 5’ away from the unit. Ran a few different cycles with the unit empty and they all seemed to take too long to add water. In fact the reason I tried so many cycles was because I got tired of waiting 5-10 minutes for the unit to start filling. Ran a clean cycle hoping it would not potentially need items in it to move beyond the sensing stage and the unit finally filled. WPTS says to put the unit on a dedicated CKT and to instruct the customer

MEDC300BW MAYTAG DRYER, Customer states this has happened several times before. Inspected unit and found it has the correct power. Unit has an open exhaust heat fuse. Noted ducting is crushed and does not fasten to the wall duct. The wall duct does not hang out far enough for the vent tube to attach. Replaced fuse and connected the vent to the back of the unit. Vent hardware does not hold the vent tightly and it took several tries to install the unit without knocking it off. (The RR leg is a brick which makes this more difficult. Instructed customer that repeat calls for this could be subject to a service charge of $115 if it is found the issue is because of ducting. Warned customer this is a safety fuse, it opens when temperatures get higher than its safety rating. ; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE)
