Inspected Ice Maker by watching while holding the door switch. Ice makerwas in mid harvest when I started looking but there was no ice in the mold. Watched I’m. Yale twice with no fill. Jumped the Ice Maker valve and heard a pulse then nothing. Now there is no power at the Ice maker. Cycled power to the unit but still no power. Checked for voltage at the board and found none. I feel a couple things are going on here. The valve is bad and it has effected the I’m and the board. The door switch is not being closed completely. Inspected unit and found it warm inside despite the cooling fans running. Checked unit compartment and found the compressor is cold. Found 120vac to the compressor inverter but I could not detect and DC power to it. Called FTS put unit into test 38 and followed power from the compressor back to the main board. When pulling the board from the bottom of the unit the compressor started. Tested Dc power and found it correct. Found the connection lifted at these two wires . Connection was loose unit now cooling. No leaks noted.

Charged system with 134a, found no leaks, freezer compartment is getting cold, unit is working as designed.

WTW6700TW1 whirlpool washer, Checked unit in diagnostics retrieved error codes. Ul/ol. Proceeded to do a drain and spin cycle within 3 mins unit flashed code ul, checked suspension rods and bearing they seem ok, tub floats and moves freely. Remove rotor to inspect stator found multiple cracks on stator motor. Informed and provided estimate, he declined repair due age,cost, and the reviews of the machine he saw online. I informed that if he changes his mind we can repair it by Monday. If custimer calls in I’d need a stator and Rps sensor for unit

Cx states unit leaves dishes dirty and extremely wet.Tech found user not using rinse aid. Tech explained why rinse aid is important and filled reservoir with demo bottle supplied.Tech ran normal cycle and unit fills, heats, rinses and drains. Dispenser door is functioning.Airgap is clear, no faults stored in diagnostics and unit is operating as intended with no operational issues.Tech asked cx to demonstrate how they load the unit as lady is very demanding and abrasive towards tech. Tech waited and found cx was improperly loading dish ware. Tech properly loaded unit. Unit works fine. Cx is cranky about her Maytag unit not as good as her 20 year old KitchenAid DW.

Took charge no leaks. Left out side where it was and as I was driving away maintenance showed up. Told him to plug in unit it’ll work just fine
