Customer has completely defrosted the unit. I have inspected for ice or frost still present on the evaporator and cover but only found a little water. Removed water with towels. RC evaporator is now dry. Noted that the capillary tube was pressing on the cover and the evaporator thermistor was in the wrong position. Placed the thermistor in the correct position and adjusted the tubing to not conflict with the cover sealing correctly. Installed two screws in the top of the evaporator cover as directed to previously (on these units) by WPTS. Unit cooling. No leaks noted.

Unit showing F83 f82 f80 codes. These are lid lock failures, these are old codes that can not be erased. Called WPTS (Andy/can not get sr#) I have gone through numerous service cycles and rinse spin cycles. These have all passed their tests. Customer has a load in the unit that is wet. I had the customer pull out the clothes. WP had me describe what was in the unit. There are some pillow cases , fleece, t-shirts and undergarments. WPTS states this is a mixed load (different types of garments) and in the use and care guide it states these type of loads are not recommended for this unit. They have stated that this appears to be a usage issue. The only thing that can be done is explain to the customer this. The customer is a Spanish speaker so direct conversation is not an option. I have called Assurion (crm#109506817) and they said they would contact the customer about this. Unit operating as designed. No leaks noted

And checked the covers. Their damaged for the door not being sealed properly. Ice broke them and now they don’t allow new door to shut properly. Found the unit having issues with the heat dry cycle. Customer states that the dishes are soaked and dripping. No steam at all checked errrors and none stored. Checked heat circuit and it seemed good too, turned heater on in test mode and it fired up. Found the unit having issues with draining. Checked the unit out and water not flowing thru drain hose. Checked valve inside of the hose was popped in wrong position. Pushed back in properly.
