File # 7722410127 Joel from wp tl said to replace the bake element, installed new cnrtl elec, found same result, unit will not preheat to 350° it will stay stuck on 290°. Ordering part bake element for unit. Bake element is covered under warranty.
Bake element is defective ( cracked) reordering new part, cx is going to call in and complain. ; ordrng 1 W10779716 (elmnt-bake), Installed new part (bake element) into unit. I then tested unit in a bake cycle it heated fine, ck for codes found none as well no leaks. ;
