Upon arrival customer states loud grinding noise during agitate and spin. Also poor wash. Clothes are really wet after unit finishes. Tried to run diagnostics. Unit would not go into diagnostics. Ran unit. Heard loud grinding during agitate. Removed washplate to. check for obstruction nothing between tub and plate. Checked to see if rotor was lose. Rotor checked out fine. Ordering a new gear case and control. W10811956 (drum assy) and 1 W11130238 (CNTRL), removed and replaced control board and gear case. Calibrated and tested unit. U it functions as designed. Upon arrival temps were normal. Freezer was sitting at 6 degrees. Fridge was at 38. Called techline. Tech line suggests having customer monitor temps over the weekend. They said maybe a floating restriction or loose connection that was re secured the previous visit and since fridge is cooling after 24 hours since last visit they don’t believe it’s a bad compressor. Techline suggested that if customer calls again with same issue to install compressor and do a deep vacuum if that does now solve issue then they have a floating restriction.
