Inspected unit and found frost under the ice container and the evaporator drain is clogged. Defrosted ice chute and ice bin. Deiced drain line. Ran hot water through drain to ensure it is deiced. All water drained through. The auger motor works but it does not drive the auger despite trying to align several times. This unit will need parts for this. Upon inspection found motor cover had damage consistent with pulley rubbing against cover causing friction and causing unit to stop. Also found pulley nut had loosened and fallen off.
