Door is sagging again. Multiple times repeated issue.Tech found left and right door have dropped approx a half inch. Baffle on left door does not properly fit into guide inside fresh food cabinet. Tech removed doors and found cracks to bottom of liner on left and right door.Tech needs washers to adjust height of door. Tech used 7/16” diva flat washers and used two washers under left and right doors. Doors are now raised approx 1/4” and are closing/sealing properly. Unit is operating as intended with no other issues.

Installed door and found the UI does not light . This is the second rime this has happened. The customer has been scheduled many times and I have been out here at least 4 times. I have installed 2 doors and both do the same thing if I put the old door on the UI works. Called WPTS(7722542206)They stated that trade partners had the wrong series # and has sent the wrong door. They came up with what they feel is the right part number for this series but said I must source the part # myself. Get extra labor for repeat calls for damaged and wrong parts causing excessive trips.;Installed the door and it worked! Tested unit.

Customer states his wife has cloned the unit several times but it still smells. Checked under the deli drawers to look for water. None noted. Ran hot water down the RC and FC evaporator and found both are draining correctly. Noticed drips around the gasket and the inside of the evaporator drain pans have an odorous residue inside. I feel this is what the wife, who called, meant. This is from spillage . The only way I could see cleaning this out would be soaking it in hot water and bleach. This is not a defect in the unit but a usage issue. Instructed customer to try and fill the tray with bleach and hot water. These are not covered by warranty.

from time to time their e is a strange sound coming from inside the unit between fresh food and freezer. Ran test 3 and showed cx the dampener opening and closing and that the sound is the door opening so cold air can be pushed by the freezer fan into fresh food compartment in order to cool. Told him with out the sound of the door opening and closing the fresh food will not cool. Cx insisted I change part and mechanical motor was too loud. I removed and replaced dampener and tested unit. Unit functions normal. All sounds are normal operation. Please inform cx of cod charges for return visit for normal operation sounds.
