Tested unit. Found the unit still making the noise . Checked blower . Found sound is coming from the motor.; ORDRNG 1 279827 (motor!dryer), Installed motor and reassembled unit. I can hear now the noise had two parts. One part is now gone . The other sound was a rock caught on the underside of the front felt bearing. Once removed the sound is gone the only thing lest is noise from the feet being removed. Unit checks ok. Informed customer to check clothes before washing to avoid repeat issues. Usage issues are not covered by warranty

Customer states the unit makes a knocking noise that happens for about 2 minutes about 4 times a week. Customer feels this happens more when the freezer is full. Ran through a manual defrost, compressor start and ran the evaporator fan. I can not duplicate the sound. The only thing that sounded slightly abnormal was when the compressor started there was a rattle around the cabinet. This could be the items stored next to the fridge or just leveling to give the fridge a more stable base. Adjusted base. I suggested that the customer clean around the unit. Advised the customer to remove items that touch the fridge and might vibrate when the compressor comes on. Unit operating as designed. Unit is cooling correctly.
