"Complaint SOMETIMES IT MAKES ICE SOMETIMES IT DOESNT AND WHEN IT DOES IT WONT DISPENSE ICE, ice build up under ice bin built frost around bin and chute not allowing ice to dispense, cleaned and clear all the ice bin.Ice maker is currently making ice but the switch next to ice bin was freezing, causing intermittent ice making.Pulled panel cover thawed switch and connections.Ice maker and dispenser work properly now. Also cx instructions on cleaning condenser coil, which i showed how to clean and cleared for better temperatures."

"In warranty. Customer states unit is leaking on the rinse cycle. Check the unit and found the softener dispenser is were the water is leaking. Check the unit and found foam insulation causing the water dont go into the tub, and instead was leaking beads was overflowing the rim tub hole. Remove and retest, now unit is working properly no more leaks at this time. Job complete"

Found the unit has two error codes stored at this time. Most recent is a f10e4 diverter cannot find position. Also there is a f10e5 error code that stands for diverter leaking. Will need to replace the pump and motor assembly. There is also a rattling noise coming from the drain pump but the new part comes with a new one. Found the unit. Not cooling what so ever. The inverter is blinking 3 flashes and that stands for a bad inverter. I checked the voltage going to the inverter and that is correct. Needs a new inverter. Trip and diagnostic fee is 175.00. Labor is a l14 187.92 and parts is 261.59 with a sales tax of 20.27 so total is 644.78 but customer already payed trip and diagnostic fee so remaining balance is 469.78. Customer payed in full. Kirk #7742251783W11159728 order two of those. Put them on the ledge of the door front. AFL videos 28 episode. New ui test 34 put it on 2. Cx issue is that mullion is sweating and water is accumulating on the freezer gasket. Unit is under warranty. Spoke with techline and found that mullion is not getting proper voltage. Mullion should be around 12 dc. Will need to replace ui board and also order gasket for horizontal mullion. ; ordrng 1 W11634312 (Ui board) and 2 W11159728 (Gasket)s
