Customer stated that the refrigerator was disconnected and removed for kitchen remodel. Then reconnected with no cooling. Recycled the power to the board and connected on the top outlet. Heard the compressor come on and begin to run. Advised customer to allow 24 hours for cooling. If no cooling is still present electronic control board may have shorted or a slow leak may be present within the sealed system.

"Because of the nature of reported issue, I have run all the tests for ice-maker and they all passed, but even when the fill test water valve was exited, there was no water filling in. I proceeded to dismantle the inlets and filter area to check from frozen lines and found none, subsequently Ive found some greasy sediment inside the filters housing which I have cleaned. After doing so with no solution, I called support to document such issue. I spoke with Garrett and while I was on hold, I reset the unit and exited diagnostics and all of the sudden the unit started to fill and water came through. I have said thank to Garrett for answering the call and he provided me with SR 7736463450."

"Unit was having am issue with the lid switch. I was able to get this corrected. I had some intermittent failures afterward with the spin cycle ending abruptly. I replugged several harness connections and the issue seemed to go away. If called back, I informed cx that I would install a new timer. Unit running without issue at time of service."
