Tech turned propeller and now spins with tension as intended.Reinstall parts fill unitwith water. Command drain and rattling can be heard from pump. Tech again drained tank with sump pump and again removed drain. No obstructions are visible at this time. Tech then removed wash plate and inner tub and can not locate obstruction. Tech then broke. Also was hearing a weird noise when it would agitate.Upon arrival I entered washer into diagnostics received F0- E4 and also F8-E3 code. Cleared codes and ran a test noticed water was pouring in kind of slow. I turned the water off took hoses off and remove some sand build up in the screens . Also found agitator to be loose. So I tightened it up.Also noticed washer was not sitting level so I adjusted feet so it Was sitting level. Upon arrival cycled on washer sounded like the basket was not seated Correctly therefore would not agitator spin. I proceeded to pull unit apart I removed wash ring ,Wash play and also inner basket. I Then reinstall basket made sure it Was properly seated and was torqued down to a Frigidaire specs.
