F7e5 shifter fault stored in diagnostics Tech removed wash plate and found no obstructions or signs of damage.Removed motor cover and found nothing unusual. Unplugged and inspected all connections and pulled each wire on each plug. Secured all connectors and ran manual spin test on low with no issues.Ran test #12 high spin and motor did not spin any faster than slow spin speed. Stopped spin test and commanded lid lock to unlatch. Lid latch is unresponsive.Calling techline and verified shifter is fault.SR#7722727412Rich order clutch assembly and lower harness. Removed and replaced clutch and wire harness. Put unit back together and ran unit through manual fill, agitate, drain, spin with no issue.
