Called Frigidaire tech line to help verify the issue with the noise complaint. Unable to verify the noise complaint. I was able to verify the power outage issue and that was the main control. As soon as I pulled it out and started charging the connections the power outage came on the display. I replaced the main board and the display board. We will see if that takes care of the noise and power outage issue. There are two new doors to install but only one gasket and the right side door has no name plate. "JB out 7/12/24.Customer states icemaker is no longer producing ice cubes and mechanical portion of the icemakers hanging down into the ice storage bin. Upon arrival found the and isolation block hanging from wire into his storage bin. It has separated from the icemaker assembly. Icemaker was replaced January 24th 2024 and the part still carries the remainder of the manufactures one year warranty against defects. There will be no charge for the replacement part. Replacement installation labor is $139.87. Collected the required $175 service calls/diagnostic charge today July 12, 2024 PAID IN CASH remaining balance of $139.87 is due upon completion of repair on return visit. Ordering icemaker assembly.
