Found compressor super hot. Unit is no longer cooling in either compartment. Freezer evap has a ball full of frost. Evap has restricting csusing unit not to cool. While inspecting evap found compressor making loud rattling noise as well. Unt will need seal system; ordrng 1 W11209866 (COMPRESSOR) and 1 WPW10313899 (evaporator), Re isntalled new parts on unit. Pulled vacuum,recharged system,inspected for leaks and found none. Installed new evaporator. Compressor once again is not working. This is second compressor that will not fire. Amp draw is at 11.5 Causing compression not to run. Called techline and came to the conclusion that units parts are defective. Cust is very upset and will call into whirlpool for replacement.

Today I talked with customer after last visit she informed me that dishwasher would start cycle and shut off within 10 minutes. Didn’t matter which cycle she tried it would do the same thing after doing some more research And troubleshooting I determined that the diverter is bad Causing dishwasher to stop cycle.Talked with Rich at shop he’s ordering new pump assembly and I rescheduled for Wednesday the 15th.I’m going to have to pull Dishwasher out from counter. Requesting a 2 call count For this repair, On return visit disconnected water supply pulled dishwasher out from underneath cabinet. Removed and replaced sump assembly. Reinstalled pump and all electrical connections. Turn water on and tested for leaks everything checked out good. Cycled dishwasher on everything tested good.

Customers issue is that washer would not spin. Entered washer into diagnostics received F7-E1 - F7-E6 &F1-E2 error codes. Was able to tip unit two at side and look underneath I found belt broke off and broke actuator and also cam.This washer is a washer dryer combo whirlpool requires two men for repairs. I am able to do this by myself if I can get double labor out of it.
