Opened unit and found old gummy soap residue filling inlet on tub ring not allowing soap to despise into tub, instead forcing it to overflow into the inside of cabinet and leak onto floor. Pump will stop for a while and start again. I can not get into the service mode with this happening. When the pump starts I can hear it has a loose impeller. Had to deice coil to access fan and controls. Replaced bi metal And also power supply board in the back refrigerator. Also corrected issue with the crisper drawer it now shut properly.
