Tested all functions and found unit to be operating as designed. Advise customer that unit open cavities have two separate vents, One for each oven, located just below the control panel. One in the center and one to the right side. Advise customer that it is normal for that area to be warm to the touch, as vents are directly underneath it. Cabinets nearby or particleboard with veneer, and heat Will undoubtedly warp the plastic and destroy the glue on the veneer. This is not caused by a failure in the oven, but is a shortcoming of using veneered wood cabinets near a heat source. Particleboard will also be vulnerable to moisture that is caused by steam during cooking. No failures at time of visit and unit heats to set temperatures without abnormal excess heat

Also found the right side of door hitting when closing door. Adjusted the right side stopper and centered door. After installing pump unit door needed adjustment and found the door not leveled. KITCHENAID REFRIGERATOR KRFF707ESS00 Food freezing up in the top shelf of the fresh food compartment. Checked unit and found that the food is not getting frozen up, all that I found was a very thin line of ice in between the back of the he icebox and the cabinet liner and a small patch of ice on the upper left corner in the freezer compartment around the size of a dime. Also there complaining of the metal trim of the center and upper freezer pans are twisted, this trims are not metal, there more like decals and there are considered cosmetic. Also checked fresh food evaporator and it looks great, no ice build up. After I checked the whole refrigerator I found nothing wrong with this unit. Contacted tech line and he said that the line of ice in the back of the icebox is due to ambient conditions (Costal area), customer lives less then half of mile from one he beach. Also contacted Trade partners and they give the Ok to charge the customer because is not a functional failure, SR#77228519
