Customer states the DISPENSER does not dispense ice. The customer states the IM is making ice it just does not dispense out of the dispenser. Customer has a video of the problem. Tested unit and found the auger locked up . Found the shaft stuck in the auger motor. Unit needs both parts.; rqstng P&A on 1 W10822606 (motor) and 1 WPW10347114 (shaft)
