Found the cold water is slow to fill. Found unit had a bad belt and clutch assembly. Replaced belt and pulley assembly, cleaned inlet screens and reset hot and cold lines. Retested unit and found the drainage system set up effects the units performance and must be addressed by the customer for the unit to work correctly.
