Cx showed tech a dent in front panel. Took quick pic of dentCx emoted and replaced front panel. Explained to cx importance of rinse aid. Ran unit through rapid advance. No faults stored and passed test with no issues. All ops are normal job complete

21488 1-4 across dr Cx states unit is not cleaning all of her dishes.Tech found unit was at the and of a wash cycle when he arrived. Tech noticed no rinse aid is used by cx. Explained importance of rinse aid.Ran through rapid advance and no faults were stored. Tech noticed no air gap was installed and while draining the sink began to back up and over flow from drain. Cx request an email report so she can call Home Depot and request airgap be installed. Unit ops as designed with no issues. Unit ops as designed job complete
