Explained to cx that there is only a 16 ounce water tank Nd after she uses that water it refills with water from supply. Only way water can come out hot is if it’s connected to a hot water supply. Cx became irate telling me she spoke with another company and they said it’s a problem with the fridge. I explained to cx that there was nothing inside of unit that will change the temperature of the water. I called techline to ensure there was nothing. Techline said that if water is coming from dispenser hot it’s because it’s hooked up to a hot water supply and she empties the water tank when filling the bottles of water and it’s takes tank hours to cool Cx still isn’t happy

frigidaire refrigerator FFHB2750TD ok temp on unit upon arrival and found fridge at 66 degrees and fc at 60degrees.Inspected compressor and found it really hot windings are out range. Unit will need new compressor. Panel is not responding correctly or put unit into diagnostics cannot test damper. All 3 parts will need to be repalce,d; ordrng 1 242047603 (dryer-filter) and 1 5303918411 (compressor kit) Installed new parts on unit. PULLED VACUUM, recharged system,inspected for leaks and found none. Unit is now cooling in both sections. Job complete

whirlpool washer WTW4616FW1 Tech found unit had no error codes stored, Removed and replaced suspension. Ran high speed spin test and unit has no excessive vibration. Ran diagnostics verification cycle. No failures. Unit is functioning as intended. Customers last load was twisted and attached to each other and balled up. This is due to bra hook grabbing lace edge of towel and other loose fibers. This will cause an imbalance. Feet are also very slick on the floor and causing a loss of traction. Advise customer that underneath unit needs to be cleaned to give the unit enough traction to stay in place.; Job Complete.

Found evap fan Motor was not running in freezer compartment. Old motor Out make sure you have proper connection it is now running. Also noticed freezer door was not shutting all the way which at times would make it so the fan does not run therefore having cooling issues in freezer. Having customer Watch temperature in freezer in a few hours if still an issue will need to do a sealed system will need to order a heat exchanger though. Other parts are needed from previous technician diagnostic; Job Complete.

bosch dishwasher SHP865WF5N 10 Customers issue is that dishwasher will not drain. Upon arrival I found water standing in the bottom of the dishwasher. They had E- 28 code. Also found washer to be in between a cycle it seemed. I reset power to the dishwasher found some debris in the drain line clear that out. Dishwasher completely drained out and started filling With water like it should. Cancel that cycle dishwasher went into a drain as designed. Having customer run a cycle to make sure completed drains like it should. All functions tested good at this time. Job complete.

I answered washer into diagnostics received an F4-E3 Error code Dealing with wash motor. Found wash mother to not be functioning at all. Removed and replaced all functions test normal dishwasher is now functioning like it should. Informed customer to have a licensed plumber come out that the vent pipe is plugged up and needs to be replaced so it can drain properly in the future. Job completed.

I then ran test 59 could not get motor to rotate. Proceeded to replace icemaker then ran all my test again Plus a fill test.
