Customer only has the cold valve connected and this is from a hose which needed to be connected to test.. Let unit drain until it stopped. Once the unit stopped draining I found an 8-1(long fill) 9-1(long drain),3-1(water sensor error. ) I created 3-1 when troubleshooting. Ran a service test. Cold water leaks out of the hot water valve because the unit is not connected correctly to a water source. When the unit spins and tumbles it teeters because it is not on a level surface. Customer states the unit is installed like this because the moved the unit so I could work on it. Connected water correctly, unit checks ok. No leaks noted.
