X states they moved unit to replace floor and unit quit making ice and after.Tech found pantry left door is too low due to missing adjuster nut. Cx states they removed doors to get into home and did not lose any parts.EFT door hinge causing massive air leak into pantry causing ice to form around ice box bin and icemaker assembly.Cx is not able to present tech with POP.Tech does not know what is causing door to drop approx 1/2” than it should be.
