Customers issue there a hearing a loud noise during spin cycle. Upon arrival I first checked wash plate To make sure teeth are not ground out or nothing was rolling around in between the plate and inner basket. I found some change in between the two removed and securely tightened wash play back down. I didn’t tilted washer over to access motor I found bolt holding stater on was coming loose causing a sound. Tighten that up then ran Through test cycle with customer next to me. No longer hear any noises. All functions tested good. Instructed customer on proper maintenance and loading procedure.
