Tech found that drain hose was placed on the floor at time of arrival. Moved the drain hose up to the utility sink nearby and tested. F8e1 Long fill error stored in board. Ran unit through diagnostic test cycle. All of units functions are working correctly. Customer then removed the drain hose and placed back on the floor as utility sink was not draining. Source of failure is that customer is Laying of the drain hose down on the floor, and allowing it to drain on the ground. The drain hoses intentionally being placed below maximum water level, which causes a siphon drain and evacuates the water from the unit, and causing the long fill error. Advised customer that drain hose must be placed above maximum water level in order for unit function. No failures otherwise. Customer states warranty provided by Aaron’s.

Had to make adjustments to the latch because it was losing out of place. I then entered Washer into diagnostics and ran test 52 and test 51. All functions tested good. Job complete
