The pipe is too high and rubs on the bottom of the unit and pushes the guard into the pulley. Informed customer that the pipe had to be cut or the unit would be damaged or the floor might be damaged. Customer states icemaker will only work intermittently. Found icemaker module not receiving power from control board. Found proper power at board, but found no continuity Through icemaker harness plug. This issue is not repairable.
