Upon arrival Customer stated u it is making a loud clicking and squeaking noise. I tested unit in diagnostic mode unit coded off balance load. Tested in drain and spin to try and duplicate noise called techline to document because I could not duplicate sound right as techline answered I was able to get unit to duplicate sound. Found unit has bad gearcase causing noise to happen at the highest rpm is when noise is happening per techline find what is causing noise and replace parts accordingly techline file number 7723171571. I removed and replaced gearcase replacing gearcase I tested unit and found unit still making clicking noise no longer squeaking found cam and hub are bad I removed and replaced cam and hub tested unit unit is no longer making abnormal sounds. Unit is filling washing draining and spinning unit is functioning as designed.
