"Upon arrival freezer door would bind when opening from the left side of the handle, and it doesn’t on the right side. This is normal operation, unit is not designed to be opened one handed on the very left hand side of the door handle. Unit must be opened from the center or both hands on the ends using equal pressure to pull open door. Also moisture on center mullion. Instructed cx on proper use and care of unit. Turned on humidity control. Unit functions as designed at time of service. Cx also had a small dent on door, unit is outside of 30 day cosmetic warranty, Cx will need to contact jenn air for autho."
