"Found the refrigerator temp at 44 Degrees on arrival. I ran diagnostics and the fresh food evap is also not rotating. The freezer fan is. All the wires going to the pantry harness are broken. I took a photo of the broken wires. The right side door gasket is also torn. Customer has a new gasket and would like installed so I informed him there will be no warranty for that part because we didnt order it. The parts needing to be replaced are the pantry harness, fresh food evap and the right side gasket. Trip and diagnostic fee is 145.00. The harness cost is 121.15 and evap fan motor is 183.15 with a sales tax of the labor to do the pantry harness is s17 289.65 and the evap fan labor is n15 and is 210.12. So the cost of the entire repair is 975.70. Customer okayed repair. Ordered parts needed. Customer payed in full. FREEZER READING HIGH TEMP AND THE UNIT BEGINS TO THAW OUT AND DEFROST; customer states the IM leaks out of the dispenser when the FC begins to warm up. Checked fans and compressor. The unit was in defrost mode and the evaporator was clear when I opened the back cover. I discovered a lump of ice by the evaporator fan. This is caused by the fill trough leaking down the back wall and eventually stalling the FC evaporator. I have put a tube around the trough to keep this from happening. In service mode the evaporator has a full frost pattern when the compressor was turned on. I feel the sealed system is ok and the evaporator fan is stooping from the ice ball from the fill trough.
