Found after replacing coin drop the unit is now recognizing each quarter that is put in and starts the cycle just fine. All tested ok in diagnostics as well. I was only able to replicate the issue from watching a video of one of the tenants. It started at 2.00 and when she got down to 75 cent it reset back to 2.00. I was able to start a load after the repair. Job completed.

Then she started it again and it didnt start then later it started by itself but wasnt doing anything. After that it just made noise but shows no lights or lets you start a cycle. Plugged in unit and it began to drain. After about 5 minutes it stopped draining and allowed me to enter diagnostics. The only code I could find was an unbalanced load code. "JB out 2/2/23. Customer states unit installed a few days ago. Air conditioning cooling operates properly but heat mode does not. Upon arrival to quick pic, photographs of front and rear of unit tested operation in cooling mode unable to verify compressor operation because room where air conditioner is located is currently below 48°F and lowest temperature setting available on air conditioning is 52°F. Tested in heat mode. Verified unit is running but no heat supplied. Per General Electric the only replaceable parts that are made as available parts are the air grill, filter, and remote control. No mechanical replacement. Parts are made available. Currently advise customer to return to selling dealership for refund or product exchange. Job complete."

"The customer reports the unit is leaking towards the end of the cycles. Checked hose connections underneath, and behind, they all checked fine. Started a clean washer cycle, allowed the unit to stop filling, canceled the cycle so the unit would drain. As the unit was draining, I could heard the drain stand pipe filling up, the water eventually started leaking out. Pointed it out to the customer, and advised them they have a partial blockage on their homes plumbing, it would be their responsibility to have a plumber clear it out."

F7E1 present. Ran diagnostic cycle. Heater circuit is functioning again. Cx still having issues with getting dishes perfectly clean. Dishes have a small amount minerals on the glass as well as some etching and fingerprints on dishes on the upper rack. Recommended Lemi Shine pre wash to correct all issues theyre experiencing. This is a hard water issue.

Running a diagnostics test to see whats going on. Now codes. Ran a quick wash and unit is needed a level adjustment. Ran both cycling and diagnostics and unit has no codes. Out of balance was do to loading and running another diagnostics test to check balance. Customer stated that agitator is really loud. Unit fills againsts and washes and drains correctly. Checking spin cycle. Tech line wasnt available. Alignment of legs and diagnostics test. Passed. Still a little noisy.
