I cleared code then ran test 52 to calibrate unit and then ran test 51 everything past all functions test normal. I checked suspension And also make sure wash machine was level. I asked customer what does she wash and she said it was during the cycle when she was washing comforters and rugs. Informed her that max load capacity is a queen comforter and also If she decides to wash rugs to only do one or two max at a time or it’s gonna throw it off balance. Job completed

On today’s visit removed all shelving and drawers inside refrigerator compartment. Removed and replaced Fan motor and Installed a more accurate thermistor. Replaced main control board on backside a refrigerator and also user interface. Customers issue is that they’re double oven sometime shuts off on its own while baking. Upon arrival I put Oven into diagnostics Received an F2 E1 code also F1 E0 . I attempted to clear codes but user interface wouldn’t let me do anything like the buttons were stuck are not Responding to my touch. I turn power off for about 10 minutes and then turned it back on tried to enter diagnostics was able to clear codes this time are you then tested my switches and make sure all elements were working which they checked out good. Then once again I had no control with the panel. Came to the conclusion I need a new consul and will use the control board on return visit to fix this issue.; ordrng 1 W11236888 (CONSOLE )
