Turned unit off at main panel. Removed icemaker bin and freezer drawer. Removed optics and installed new. Assembled unit and turned power on. Unit did not cycle. Turned unit back off and inspected optics and icemaker. Removed icemaker and checked proper connection.

F8E1According to the customer the delivery guys removed the locking bolts and then placed the unit on its back to install the pedestal. This causes the spring to stretch and the struts to pull apart. The drain hose was pushed down the drain so far it was causing the water to symphonic out.; ordrng 2 W11314394 (SPRING)s and 4 W11316766 (STRUTS)s

"Customer states that unit is making loud noise. Ran tests and found the freezer making noise. The evaporator has ice build up that it’s hitting fan blade. Removed door, drawers and evaporator cover. Defrosted all the ice and assembled unit. Also found the melted ice coming out from bottom. Pulled unit out and removed compartment cover, removed drain tube and found it clogged. Cleared tube abs assembled unit. Unit is now working as design."
