I proceeded to pull back panel off did not see any signs of burning our arc markings. I did fine loose connection at Right front burner switch. Customers issues that wash machine is not finishing cycle clothes are coming out wet and dirty. Enter diagnostics receive multiple error codes dealing Stater and rotor. Found a bunch of metal grinding’s underneath wash machine.Also suspension was shot.; ordrng 1 280146 (rotor) and 1 W10440729 (suppension ball) and 1 WPW10178988 (sensor) and 1 WPW10419333 (stator)

Customers issue is that wash machine was a finishing cycle clothes were coming out wet. I entered wash machine into diagnostics received ER-13 Fault code. I proceeded to run test cycle I ran test P 15 found pump to be functioning but was barely pushing water out. Quoted customer price of new drain pump And labor.
