Inspected unit and found the IM had ace about 10-15 harvests of ice. Ice was present in the IM, the FC temp was 1.5f the bin was about 15f. The ducts are clear the fans are working. The thermistors check ok. Removed IM and found evidence of a ice clog. Watched fill tube for about 10 minutes and found it is not dripping. Currently the unit is operating as designed. Removed ice in the IM funnel. IM harvested automatically before I had left the home."

Installed new evaporator harness assembly and damper. Defrosted the rest of the RC evaporator and installed parts. Ensured tubing is out of the way and the cover closed correctly. Made sure the RC Evaporator was backed up against the back wall. Mopped up water from defrosting. Started unit and set to the recommended temperature.

DRYER MAYTAG MED3500FW1 Customer complaint they were hearing A rattling sound. Upon arrival I tried to duplicate sound Kinda had some noise coming from the exhaust pipe coming out the back. Made sure everything was tight and secure. Dryer is on tile floor. Informed customer that all rollers sounds good in the belt tension is good if anything it would hurt to put a little felt pad underneath each leg since it’s on tile. I let it run for about 10 minutes and could not hear a noise. Job completed
