Found with clogged drain causing it not to build up large pieces of ice down freezer. Air tower is completely off. Defrosted all of ice build up. Removed and cleared drain. Defroste rails on Drawers. Unit is no longer leaking and air tower is secure it. Both top and bottom freezer are cooling with no leaks. Job complete

Called techline and explained units error. Per techline oven sensor is giving main control false reading causing doors to lock. Per techline to hard wire both temperature sensor probes. Removed wall oven from cabinet using oven dolley. Replace sensor connectors. Re installed and secured oven to cabinet. Retested it and oven preheated with no errors. Preheated to 350 degrees. Job Complete.
