Upon arrival I first checked wash plate To make sure teeth are not ground out or nothing was rolling around in between the plate and inner basket. I found some change in between the two removed and securely tightened wash play back down. I didn’t tilted washer over to access motor I found bolt holding stater on was coming loose causing a sound. Tighten that up then ran Through test cycle with customer next to me. No longer hear any noises. All functions tested good. Instructed customer on proper maintenance and loading procedure. Had to remove wall oven on job 212608 to service cooktop. Found left front burner not igniting evenly. I removed burner spreader and found loose orifice in holder. I tightened orifice and gas line to office holder. Tested unit. No more gas leak and burner looks good. All tests good.
