Customer had concerns about X ternal temperature that it was too hot around Keypad Around the consul. Customer has a gas range. I put unit into a pre-heat and also a broil up to 500° check X ternal temperature I was around 110° it was warm but not going to burn anyone. I checked to make sure door had proper seal and unit was cycling on and off which it was.All functions test normal. Customer feels better and safe to use her range now. Job complete
