"Upon arrival customer insisted in have the same issues about condensation and products getting freezing up in the left hand side of the fresh food compartment. I checked the unit and I don’t noticed any condensation or frozen food. I advised to the customer to rearrange the food in a way that place the products with hi water content away from the damper and to don’t block the the thermistor. Contacted tech line and we ran a diagnostic on test #3 (Evaporator fan motor and damper test) both of then are working fine, also check temperatures. Tech line suggested to to use sealer-gum (212643) in between the damper and the divider wall in case the damper is leaking. SR#7723167944. Also suggested to the customer to increase the fresh food compartment temperature from 37deg to 40deg and allow 24 hours to adjust, customer completely refuse to do this. I contacted too the Trade partners to explain what happens and to get a file number. SR#7722776805."

Customer states washer just stopped working mid cycle and flashed error code f6e1. Ran diagnostics. Got se error code. Inspected main control all connections are secure and control is responding. Inspected Mcu and found that board had an arc in housing. Removed and replaced mcu, tested unit it is functioning as designed. No dents dings or scratches caused by tech. Cx approves repair.

Checked operation found that the customer had the unit at one time or another not shut all the way caused a bad ice build up inside. Since then we came out and the ice build up his gone away, unit is healing up correctly. Advised the customer on how to use the unit, so to help prevent unit being accidentally left open in the freezer door section to prevent these issues to happening again. Unfortunately the sound level he hears is normal, no mechanical failure or noises that aren't normal. Reported to techline edit tech line asked what the Floors around it are like hard ceramic tile in which can cause a lot of acoustics to happen and he has at least a 2 inch gap all sides which will last sound to travel easily. The noise levels are normal, job complete.
