FREEZER KITCHENAID KRFF707ESS01 Customer states the unit just stopped making normal operating sounds. They later noticed the unit was not cooling and discoed a puddle from the unit defrosting. Tested unit with test 4. To see if the compressor and fans would work. Entered normal operation and saw that the cooling shut off after a minute or so. Disconnected the deli UI and ran the same tests and got different results. Checked the temps of the air vent in the RC (29f) and once the FC started cooling I checked the cooling in that compartment and found the temperature had dropped over 10f in the 10 minutes I was testing.; ordrng 1 W11048824 (cover)

I removed power from the unit and reconnected again resetting the controls and allowing me to set the unit in diagnostic and there was a F4E1 code ( Microwave cavity temperature sensor error) I deleted the code and I tested multiple times not been able to duplicate the code. I contacted the Tech (SR#7727066223) and he recommended to for the next time to check the Humidity sensor at the connector P22 in the Microwave Appliance Manager. Tested ok.
